Private application · limited seats
Put a Chief AI Orchestrator in your business without putting one on payroll. The capability stays with your team.
For owners of a company with a team and real revenue who already pay for ChatGPT, Claude and Zapier and are still copy-pasting between them. Brad Hart works as a fractional Chief AI Orchestrator: wired into your own people, writing the rules the agents run by, so the jobs in your company get done by agents your team owns. The call is to see whether he can do that in yours; if so, we work out the right way to work together. A handful of seats at a time.
The company this comes from
In five months, from an empty folder, one person and a set of agents shipped 75 websites, 562 videos, 36 automated email sequences and 75 ad campaigns with no media buyer (cold leads at $2 to $5, best creative $0.89). The businesses that machine feeds took in $326,700 since May 1, 2026 on under $20,000 of ad spend in the same window. Every job in it used to be a hire. None of them were. Pulled from the live systems September 29, 2026.
Here's what I'm seeing
- You are paying for ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, and six other tools.
- None of them talk to each other.
- Your team is still copy-pasting like it is 2019.
- Every "automation" is duct tape and prayers.
- The one person who half-understands the stack is now the bottleneck for everyone else.
- Nobody owns AI, so it lives with whoever had a free afternoon.
- Two departments are solving the same problem twice, in different tools.
- You know AI is the play. Nobody has the time to work out the architecture.
That is not a discipline problem and it is not a tooling problem. Nobody in your company owns this, because the role did not exist when you drew the org chart.
Who this is for
- You own an operating company with a team and real revenue, and the work is outrunning the people doing it.
- You already pay for AI tools and almost none of it has replaced a job yet.
- You want the capability in your company, in your accounts, not rented from a vendor.
- You are willing to write the rules down and read a report once a week. You, or someone on your team.
- You are moving to AI this quarter, not studying it.
Questions
How is this different from hiring a full-time CAIO?
A full-time CAIO is $350K–500K all-in, takes 6 months to ramp, and might leave in 18 months with everything in their head. Fractional means the role shows up in your company now, part-time, with no equity, no ramp and no recruiting risk, and the rules it writes stay written down in your accounts. When you are ready to own the role internally, there is something to hand over.
I already pay for ChatGPT, Claude and Zapier. Why do I need this?
You cannot replace a plumber by buying pipes. The tools are not the work; the architecture is. The subscriptions you already pay for sit in separate tabs, and nothing decides what talks to what, who owns which job, or what a report has to say. That decision is the role. Wire the tools you already have into one machine and they start replacing work instead of adding tabs.
What if I am not the tech person?
Good news: you do not have to be. The agents are the tech part. And if your expertise sits somewhere that never required tech, that is an advantage rather than a gap: you have judgment about your business and your market, and judgment is the piece no agent supplies. The rules are written in plain language, and the person who owns the weekly report does not have to be you.
What does week one look like?
If it is a fit, week one is an audit and the first few agents. Every workflow in the company gets looked at and scored for where an agent can take the job, the highest-leverage ones get picked, and your own people build those first agents into your stack with us next to them, on real work, not a sandbox. By the end of it there is a ranked list of everything else worth automating, and your team has already shipped from it.
Is there anything shorter than a fractional engagement?
Yes. A VIP day is a single day in your business: the audit, the highest-leverage AI plays named and ranked, the first one built live with your team, and the written rules to ship the next ones yourselves. It is the shorter door if a standing engagement is not what you need, and it is the cleanest way to find out whether we should work together longer. Apply the same way; say so on the application and we cover it on the call.
